- Birth: 185 BC, Ash Shatibi, Al Iskandariyah, Egypt
- Also known as: Cleopatra II Epiphanes
- Title Of Nobility: Co-regent with Ptolemy VI
- LifeSketch: Cleopatra II ( c. 185 BC – 116/115 BC) was a queen of Ptolemaic Egypt who ruled from 175 to 116 BC with two successive brother-husbands and her daughter—often in rivalry with her brother Ptolemy VIII. She was the daughter of Ptolemy V and likely Cleopatra I She co-ruled during her first reign, until 164 BC, with Ptolemy VI Philometor, her first husband and the older of her brothers, and Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II, her younger brother. During her second reign she co-ruled again with Ptolemy VI from 163 BC until his death in 145 BC. She then ruled with her younger brother, Ptolemy VIII, whom she married, and her daughter Cleopatra III. She was sole ruler of Egypt from 131 BC to 127 BC. Her final reign from 124 BC to 116 BC was also spent in coregency with Ptolemy VIII and Cleopatra III. With Ptolemy VI she had at least four children, and possibly an additional daughter Berenice: . Ptolemy Eupator, born in 166 BC. Became co-regent with his father for a short time, but died at a young age in c. 152 BC. . Cleopatra Thea, born in c. 164 BC. She married Alexander Balas, Demetrius II Nicator and Antiochus VII Sidetes. Murdered by her son in c. 120 BC. . Berenice, born between 163 and 160 BC. Died young in c. 150 BC. . Cleopatra III, born between 160 and 155 BC. Married to her uncle Ptolemy VIII. . Ptolemy VII Neos Philopator, born c. 152 BC. Murdered in 145 BC by Ptolemy VIII. Ptolemy VIII and his older sister, Cleopatra II, are thought to have had at least one son, Ptolemy Memphites, born between 144 and 142 BC. Ptolemy Memphites may be identical to Ptolemy VII Neos Philopator, but this identification is not universally accepted.

- Father: Erc Derg Mac Briuin of IRELAND
- Mother: Mist Ingen MUIREDAIG
- Birth: ABT 426, Ulster, Dál Riata, Ireland
- Also known as: Loarn mac Eirc of Dál Riata
- Occupation: King of Dalriada
- LifeSketch: PLEASE DO NOT MERGE THIS PERSON! A LOT OF TIME HAS AND IS BEING SPENT ON THIS FAMILY LINE. THANK YOU! Loarn mac Eirc was a legendary king of Dál Riata who may have lived in the 5th century. He was buried on Iona. The Duan Albanach and the Senchus Fer n-Alban and other genealogies name Loarn's father as Erc son of Eochaid Muinremuir. Loarn appears in Irish traditions as 'King of Alba' in the eighth- to twelfth-century tale "Of The Miracles of Cairnech Here" in the Lebhor Bretnach, the Irish version of the Historia Brittonum, and in the tenth- to twelfth-century legendary and mythological tale Aided Muirchertach mac Erca. In these tales, mac Erca spends time with Loarn, his uncle, before murdering him by setting him aflame. Loarn's main significance is as the eponymous ancestor of Cenél Loairn, a kindred whose name is preserved in Lorne. The descendants of Loarn, the Cenél Loairn, controlled parts of northern Argyll around the Firth of Lorne, most probably centred in Lorne but perhaps including the islands of Mull and Colonsay, Morvern and Ardnamurchan. The boundary to the east was the Druim Alban mountain ridge that separated Dál Riata from Pictland. The chief places of the kingdom appear to have been at Dun Ollaigh, near Oban and Dunadd near Crinan.[2] The chief religious site may have been on Lismore, later the seat of the High Medieval bishop of Argyll.

- LifeSketch: Conn Cétchathach ("of the Hundred Battles", pron. [kɒn: ˈkeːdxaθəx]), son of Fedlimid Rechtmar, was, according to medieval Irish legendary and annalistic sources, a High King of Ireland, and the ancestor of the Connachta, and, through his descendant Niall Noígiallach, the Uí Néill dynasties, which dominated Ireland in the early Middle Ages, and their descendants.
- Title Of Nobility: 110th High King of Ireland
- Fact: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conn_of_the_Hundred_Battles
- Background: Conn Cétchathach ("of the Hundred Battles", pron. [kɒn: ˈkeːdxaθəx]), son of King Fedlimid Rechtmar and Queen Ughna (Princess of Denmark) got his nickname by killing one hundred other kings to avenge the death of his adopted brother, Cuchulain. According to medieval Irish legend and annalistic sources, Conn is the ancestor of the Connachta (Gaelic dynasties descending from Conn) and, through his descendant, Niall of the Nine Hostages (reigned 379–405), an Irish king who founded the Uí Néill, the greatest dynasty in Irish history that dominated northern Ireland from the 6th to the 10th century (early Middle Ages).

- LifeSketch: This Conn was so called from hundreds of battles by him fought and won: viz., sixty battles against Cahir Mór, King of Leinster and the 109th Monarch of Ireland, whom he slew and succeeded in the Monarchy; one hundred battles against the Ulsterians; and one hundred more in Munster against Owen Mór (or Mogha Nua-Dhad), their King, who, notwithstanding, forced the said Conn to an equal division of the Kingdom with him. He had two brothers - 1. Eochaidh Fionn-Fohart, 2. Fiacha Suidhe, who, to make way for themselves, murdered two of their brother's sons named Conla Ruadh and Crionna; but they were by the third son Art Eanfhear banished, first into Leinster, and then into Munster, where they lived near Cashel. They were seated at Deici Teamhrach (now the barony of Desee in Meath), whence they were expelled by the Monarch Cormac Ulfhada, son of Art; and, after various wanderings, they went to Munster where Oilioll Olum, who was married to Sadhbh, daughter of Conn of the Hundred Battles, gave them a large district of the present county of Waterford, a part of which is still called Na-Deiseacha, or the baronies of Desies. They were also given the country comprised in the present baronies of Clonmel, Upper-Third, and Middle-Third, in the co. Tipperary, which they held till the Anglo-Norman Invasion. From Eochaidh Fionn-Fohart decended O'Nowlan or Nolan of Fowerty (or Foharta), in Lease (or Leix), and Saint Bridget; and from Fiacha Suidhe are O'Dolan, O'Brick of Dunbrick, and O'Faelan of Dun Faelan, near Cashel. Conn of the Hundred Battles had also three daughters: 1. Sadhbh, who m. first, MacNiadh, after whose death she m. Oilioll Olum, King of Munster. (See No. 84 on the "Line of Heber"); 2. Maoin; and 3. Sarah (or Sarad), m. to Conan MacMogha Laine. - (See No. 81. infra). Conn reigned 35 years; but was at length barbarously slain by Tiobraidhe Tireach, son of Mal, son of Rochruidhe, King of Ulster. This murder was committed in Tara, A.D. 157, when Conn chanced to be alone and unattended by his guards; the assassins were fifty ruffians, disguised as women, whom the King of Ulster employed for the purpose.

- LifeSketch: Alternate names: Igraine, Ygraine, Igerna, Ygerne, Eigyr, Eigr, Igerne, Igrayne, Note According to Geoffrey of Monmouth, Ygerna or Igraine (Eigr in Welsh) was the Duchess of Cornwall, ravishing wife of Gorlois and mother of King Arthur. After the death of Gorlois, she married Uther Pendragon, who, under false pretenses and aided by Merlin's trickery, had slept with her, impregnated her with Arthur and had been responsible for her husband's death. Chretien de Troyes claims that after Uther's death, Ygerna retired to a palace she had had built for herself known as the Chastel des Merveilles or "Castle of Wonders". She was the daughter of Amlawdd Wledig (the Imperator), a member of a younger branch of the Royal House of Dumnonia. He was probably a nobleman of Ergyng, though he has also been attached to the North of Britain and Brittany. His family are central to the Mabinogion story of "Culhwch and Olwen". As well as Arthur, various sources have attributed Ygerna with several children by her first marriage: daughters Elaine, (Anna) Morgause and, perhaps mistakenly, Morgan; sons Gormant and, mistakenly, Cador. - LifeSketch: Nest ferch Rhys ap Tewdwr, wife of Gerald of Windsor. Mother of Henry, d. 1157. Birth 1073 Died 1136 Immediate Family:Wife of Gerald fitz Gerald of Windsor Mother of Maurice Lord Lianstephen Whyt Nest ferch Rhys (c. 1085 – before 1136) (popularly called Nesta or "Princess Nesta") was the only legitimate daughter of Rhys ap Tewdwr, last king of Deheubarth in Wales, by his wife, Gwladys ferch Rhiwallon ap Cynfyn of Powys. Her family is of the House of Dinefwr. Nest was the wife of Gerald of Windsor (c. 1075 – 1135), constable of Windsor Castle in Berkshire, by whom she was the ancestress of the FitzGerald dynasty and of the prominent Carew family, of Moulsford in Berkshire, Carew Castle in Pembrokeshire (in the Kingdom of Deheubarth) and of Mohuns Ottery in Devon (see Baron Carew, Earl of Totnes and Carew baronets). Nest had two younger brothers, Gruffydd ap Rhys and Hywel, and, possibly, an older sister named Marared, as well as several older illegitimate half-brothers and half-sisters. After their father's death in battle in 1093, "the kingdom of the Britons fell" and was overrun by Normans. Nest's younger brother Gruffydd was spirited into Ireland for safety; their brother Hywel may have been captured by Arnulf de Montgomery, along with their mother, unless, as appears likelier, their mother was captured with Nest; their fate is unknown. Two older brothers, illegitimate sons of Rhys, one of them named Goronwy, were captured and executed. From http://www.gwyneddmeeting.org/history/evans_ancestry.html i. Nesta Ferch Rhys, born 1070; died 1154; married (1) Gerald FitzWalter De Windsor; born 1069; died Unknown; married (2) King of England Henry I 'Beauclerc' King of England 1086; born 1068 in Selby, Yorkshire, England; died December 01, 1135 in St. Denis, Seine-St. Denis, France. Notes for Nesta Ferch Rhys: [Sue_Cary.ged] Nesta was firstly mistress to Henry I; secondly she married Stephen, Constable of Cardigan; thirdly she married Gerald of Windsor. Gerald and Nesta had four children: 1. William fitzGerald. 2. Maurice fitzGerald. 3. David fitzGerald. 4. Angarat, a daughter. 5. Glawdys, a daughter Known as the most beautiful woman in Wales. She had many lovers. In Christmas 1108 Owain ap Cadwgan of Cardigan came to visit Gerald and Nesta. He so lusted after her that he, that night, attacked the castle and carried her off and had his way with her. This upset Henry I so much that the incident started a war. ____________________________ Was born at Wales, Carmarthenshire, Llandyfeisant, Dynevor. Daughter of Rhys Ap Tewdwr (King of Dyfed in South Wales) and Gwladys ap Cynfyn. Nesta (Princess of Deheubarth) was known as the most beautiful woman in Wales. She had many lovers. In 1090 Nesta was sent to the court of Henry I as a hostage for the good conduct of her people. Henry I, attracted by her good looks, she had a male child from him, and thus started the FitzHenry line. After years of peace she was returned to Geraldus and her people. Nest returned home to find the kingdom of Dyfed under Norman tutelage. The Norman's were colonizing the former kingdom of Dyfed and establishing a colony of Flemish soldiers intermixed with English settlers in what is now Pembroke. On Christmas 1108 Owain ap Cadwgan of Cardigan a cousin, came to visit Gerald and Nesta. He so lusted after her that he, that night, attacked the castle. According to the Brut y Tywysogion, Owain and his men infiltrated the couple's home (assumed by historians to be either Cilgerran Castle or Little Cenarch) and set fire to the buildings. When Gerald was woken by the noise, Nest advised him to escape by climbing out through the privy hole. Owain then seized Nest and her children. However, some sources suggest that she went with him willingly. After the "abduction", Owain ap Cadwgan carried her off and she had a male child from him, thus starting the FitzStevens line. This upset Henry I so much that the incident started a war. Gerald's influence was such that Owain and his father soon lost much of their territory of Powys as a result of Owain's actions. Owain himself was obliged to go into exile in Ireland. When he returned, in 1116, Gerald hunted him down and killed him. The "Annals of Cambria" record 1116 as the date of Owain's death. ∼ Only legitimate daughter of Rhys ap Tewdwr, last king of Deheubarth in Wales, by his wife, Gwladys ferch Rhiwallon ap Cynfyn of Powys. Nest was brought as a prized hostage to the court of William Rufus, where she came to the attention of his younger brother Henry Beauclerc (the future King Henry I), to whom she bore one of his numerous illegitimate children, Henry FitzHenry. Nest was the wife of Gerald de Windsor (c. 1075 – 1135), constable of Windsor Castle in Berkshire, by whom she was the ancestress of the FitzGerald dynasty and of the prominent Carew family. After Gerald's death, Nest's sons married her to Stephen, her husband's constable of Cardigan, by whom she had another son, Robert Fitz-Stephen (d. 1182), one of the Norman conquerors of Ireland. Nest was a descendanr of Hywel Dda, King of Wales, grandson of Rhodri Mawr.

And having thus restored the true royal blood and heirs to their respective provincial kingdoms, he thought fit to take, as he accordingly did with their consent, fron each of the four divisions or provinces Munster, Leinster, Connaught, and Ulster, a considerable tract of ground which was the next adjoining to Uisneach (where Tuathal had a palace): one east, another west, a third south, and a fourth on the north of it; and appointed all four (tracts of ground so taken from the four provinces) under the name of Midhe or "Meath" to belong for ever after to the Monarch's own peculiar demesne for the maintenance of his table; on each of which several portions he built a royal palace for himself and his heirs and successors; for every of which portions the Monarch ordained a certain chiefry or tribute to be yearly paid to the provincial Kings from whose provinces the said portions were taken, which may be seen at large in the Chronicles. It was this Monarch that imposed the great and insupportable fine (or "Eric") of 6,000 cows or beeves, as many fat muttons, (as many) hogs, 6,000 mantles, 6,000 ounces (or "Uinge") of silver, and 12,000 (others have it 6,000) cauldrons or pots of brass, to be paid every second year by the province of Leinster to the Monarchs of Ireland for ever, for the death of his only two daughters Fithir and Darina. (See Paper "Ancient Leinster Tributes," in the Appendix). This tribute was punctually taken and exacted, sometimes by fire and sword, during the reigns of forty Monarchs of Ireland upwards of six hundred years, until at last remitted by Finachta Fleadhach, the 153rd Monarch of Ireland, and the 26th Christian Monarch, at the request and earnest solicitation of St. Moling. At the end of thirty years' reign, the Monarch Tuathal was slain by his successor Mal, A.D. 106. This Monarch erected Royal Palace at Tailtean; around the grave of Queen Tailte he caused the Fairs to be resumed on La Lughnasa (Lewy's Day), to which were brought all of the youth of both sexes of a suitable age to be married, at which Fair the marriage articles were agreed upon, and the ceremony performed.
