line of a Grand Patent of HAWKINS to that part formerly claime d by ( )
ENGLISH and along that line to SORRELLs MILL SWAMP and up th e said Swamp to
an Antient ( ) and from thence runing upon an antien t line of marked trees
that runeth upon the North side of an INDIAN FI ELD, which formerly went by
the name of WITHERD to a large antient mar ked red Oak standing in an Old
Field near HENRY LEEs Ditch and is a co rner to the said LEEs land and from
the said red Oak along a line of m arked trees to the said TURBERVILEs MILL
POND, and thence down the Mil l Pond and Swamp to the first station containing
by estimation One hun dred acres be the same more or less and is the same Land
whereon the s aid JOHN LUCAS and ANN his Wife now live together with all woods
w-ay s orchards commodities and appurtauces to the parcel of land belongin g
